Role Responsibilities :
Drafts and designs layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.
Applies statistical methods and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
Coordinates quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximizes product reliability, and minimizes cost.
Reviews production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Estimates production cost and effect of product design and/or workflow changes for management review, action, and control.
Confers with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications, manufacturing capabilities, and project status.
Communicate with all stakeholders to develop production and design standards.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in any major
At least 10 years of experience in the similar position at Freight Forwarding Company.
Fluent in written and spoken English (more languages are beneficial)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and the ability to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving & strategic management, leadership, people management, interpersonal & communication skills
